health o’meter

I am guilty of health o’meter. I always think I can do a better job of eating right. I always make those first steps toward a new healthy habit. As a matter of fact, I try to make them as easy as possible. I don’t know why, but my goal is always to eat healthier. I don’t know why I do it, but I know that it is what I do to keep my body feeling good.

I’m a bit stuck on the health ometer. It’s been a long time since I started on it, but I know what I do, and I’m still trying. I think I’m going to quit trying to make it easier for myself.

I think you have to do everything you can to make every step easier. If it is one thing I have discovered, that you can do it so much easier than you think. I am going to stick to this one thing for a little while longer.

I do feel you have to try a little more frequently to make it easier for yourself. Once you’ve tried a little, you feel it’s something that you can do, and it will make it easier for yourself to do it and it will also make it easier for you to do it. I would suggest that when you try something new, the habit of not trying is what can help you to feel better.
