The spencer county health department.
A health department is responsible for overseeing health and social services to be a community of caring, and the idea that a government institution is responsible for the health and well-being of its citizens is kind of a national epidemic.
But while it is a government institution, it is not all that.
Spence County is home to the largest population in Missouri, so you might think that health care would be an easy topic for a new game. But it isn’t. If you don’t know what health care means, let me explain. In Missouri, the public health system is a public health service that serves the entire state, but the county does not. In other words, the county’s health department is not technically a department of the state government.
