The blog is full of great tips on how to find your true sport and health self. Dr. Davis says that the exercise process is an ever-changing adventure, so there’s never a set number of hours or days in which we can exercise for optimal health. If you are a runner, you may find that you can lose more fat than you gain in one week. If you are a swimmer, you can actually gain more weight in one session than you lose in a week.
If you exercise daily, you will definitely lose fat and gain more muscle. But you also lose your vitality. And not just a few pounds of fat, but your whole sense of being. You can’t just get up and do your workout and expect it to actually work the way you wanted it to. The key to successful workouts is to include as many different types of exercises as possible. That way your body will adapt to your workout and keep you motivated.
