I was in the middle of my morning routine the other day and I realized that there are a ton of choices that I have to make about my daily activities, and one of them is which medications I take. I know that if I take any of the over the counter medications, I’m going to start feeling tired and sluggish.
It’s the same thing with exercise. If I’m not doing any exercise and I’m still feeling sluggish or tired, then that means I probably have some sort of disease or condition that needs attention.
If I’m not doing any exercise, then I very well might have a sickness or condition that I just have to get down to the root cause. What I can’t take is when I don’t do anything and it still feels like crap.
We are all made of the same body cells, but we are made in different ways. Most of us are built to be active and healthy, but there are others that are made to be inactive and sickly. I’m not knocking anyone who decides to do nothing.
There are two key ideas here that make sense. First, our body is made up of billions of cells. If we are made for movement and activity, then we are made for disease. If our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, if we can heal ourselves, then the only problem is getting sick if we don’t do anything about it. You can have a condition that is so serious that you can’t run for an hour. But you still can’t get sick.
So the second idea is that if you can heal yourself, you will heal others. As we mentioned earlier, your body is made to be healthy in any environment. When you have a fever, you need to move, and move your body to get rid of it. The same is true for people who get sick. If you have a cold, it’s a matter of getting your body to move and get rid of it.
If I understand this right, the problem is that the sun is too bright and the heat is too high for us to heal ourselves. It seems to me that we are just as susceptible to heat stroke as we are susceptible to sickness. The question is, how do we take care of the sun? We can move our body to get rid of it, but that’s probably not the best idea.
A lot of people think that if they move their body while they are sick they can heal themselves, but this is a myth. The problem is that when you are sick, your body is actually moving to get rid of the toxins, and if your body is moving to do that, then you are probably moving too fast and not taking care of yourself. As a result, you will get sick, and you will be unable to heal yourself when you are sick.
I never thought I’d be able to move my body while I am sick, but that’s not the point. In the future I might be able to get one of the three types of healing from my body, but I haven’t found that. It’s one of the reasons why I’ve been on Hellfire.
So while you are probably moving to get rid of toxins then you are probably going to get sick, and you will also not be able to heal yourself. Hellfire is one of those games that you will never finish while sick, but you will have to heal yourself in order to save your character. In fact, you will be unable to save your character if you are sick.
